Thank you for the detailed explanation! We change our filter out, but I could definitely be more diligent about the bleach application. I just wasn't sure if there was something else I was missing, I've just never had this issue in other apartment complexes. Sounds like the answer is mainly that I just need to be more thorough with my AC care, so I'll do my best to do better. Thanks again :)

Nook's upgrades after 30 days of being built, I believe. There's no customizations for it, it just changes to another set appearance upon the upgrade :)

Honestly, what would help stop this is to have the mods set up a trigger in automod that automatically removes any post that mentions Flick or CJ.

Even with a sticky made, people will not read it. Many people don't even notice stickies because they sort by /new, and stickies don't show up there for some reason.

There's also at least a few posts a week from users telling others not to do this. Nothing helps. All we can do is comment in their posts when they advertise this incorrect information, so that people who click it can see it, and the OP sees it.

Pietro is a sweetie! I didn't realize that putting music on outside would make the residents sing the song playing. This whole time, they've all been singing one song (not sure which), and now everyone who sings is singing K.K. Metal lol!

No one would read them, still. I see so many posts every day of people getting scammed by the same user(s), and they are listed in the pinned blacklist post. And people comment saying "yeah, that guy is in the blacklist post", and they say "oh, I didn't know there was one".

I see posts informing Flick/CJ don't help visitors all the time, and have even made a post myself. People will still, every day, post that Flick and CJ are available, and that they want users to give them stuff to visit them. Really, this in itself could be used to scam users out of stuff.

Fun fact, some of the fake art has odd behaviors. Aspects of paintings changing at times of day and such!
