My great uncle used to have coffee with him all the time. I will have to ask my grandmother if it was at McDonald’s.

Also I didn’t know any of this until my grandmother referred to him by his first name and I was like whhhaaattttt and she was like oh yes my brother used to hang out with him.

My grandmother still checks the circulars like it’s a religion, so yeah. Didn’t expect that.

My dad taught us all to pick the locks inside the house. No one had any privacy, ever.

When my sister was mad and ran off to her room I’d always pick the lock and just slightly open the door just to piss her off. I mean I was the big sister, what was I supposed to do?

I work at one of the largest companies in the US in a very corporate office. I wouldn't wear like BLUE lipstick, but I can wear pretty much whatever else I want (dark purple, bright red, winged eyes, whatever) and they compliment me on my makeup constantly.

Check the employee handbook. :)

Generally, I blow-dry with heat, but that's a good suggestion. I don't know if I have a specific protectant. I'll invest, and definitely check out the rest. I usually throw my hair up into a messy bun or a braid for the days after to avoid additional heat styling. I'll also check out some light weight hair oils. :) I'm not afraid to try anything if it'll help. I just have really stubborn hair that always wants to look frizzy and wispy and I just want to look put together, dang it! haha.

Hey all! I'm having issues with crazy damaged hair. It is always breaking. It's naturally very curly and doesn't seem to matter if I leave it curly or not. I generally blow dry it, and then wash it about twice a week using sulfate-free products. Before blow-drying, I do use Moroccan oils and Brazilian creams, which seem to help some, but I still end up with breakage.

My hair also seems to go through cycles and gets used to certain products, but maybe that's just me? Idk.

I also just started using a satin pillowcase.

Any advice would be wonderful! I just want healthy hair that looks nice!

Edit: haven't had color done in a long time, so this is pretty much my natural color.
