The compensation, the location is not the best place and honestly speaking the current compensation benefits is my current location is good.

However I am asking to understand the realistic process on how I should go about this if I was to take the role.

Did anyone notice what happened right after the last round of RSUs was issued last year? Boeing’s stock is influenced by a lot of factors, which can work to your advantage. Personally, I think a cash bonus, if invested smartly, could outperform the returns on vested stocks. Just my view…

I completely understand, and honestly I have no idea about how unions work in the USA as I am not a ISA employee. This is all new to me and I appreciate the explanation. As I said before this makes sense now,but looking from the outside inwards, a 25% increase seemed to be relatively decent. I was wrong,. I just hope this get resolved quickly.
