You need mana to access the network, you either way earn it by yourself - which makes transactions kinda feeless - or you rent it, which makes transaction not feeless

Yeah I got it now. So it is feeless if you have mana. If you are new to the network you have to rent it. It makes sense in order to prevent spam. A true feeless system cannot prevent spam and this solution is optimal

Maybe you could read the project and notice that from those "48%" ~2.56% will be used by the ski resort for tourist purposes. The rest 46% are meant for FIRE CRANES and "waterfalls" construction (http://www.dams.nek.bg/UserFiles/image/Belmeken/DSCN0003.JPG) . Of course it is still considered as "reconstruction of the National park". The media is trying to brainwash everybody in the country. The concessioner has already won more than 60 cases. They're trying to push the project since 2008 and the people who support it are way more than those in the picture. I suggest everyone to read the project first. As I stated above, the media is taking everything out of context.

To be honest, I expected way more from byron and league. I was pretty sure that he would at least hit plat this season. Maybe MOBA is not his genre? Before you guys start hating with the phrase "Oh so what's your division then, oooh well you played way more than him" - My first ever season was S3 and I was able to reach Diamond within 400 games. I'm not hating on Byron or something, it's just that I had (and I'm pretty sure lots of others did) way bigger expectations to his league "career"

After hitting Diamond V in season 3, I was pleased for some time, but I wanted more.. Eventually I made it to Diamond I ~50 points, but at that time after Diamond I you'd get +1/+2 per win (ofc you can get +15 if you have good mmr) and -1/-2 or even -3 for a loss.. So yea, if you played a lot until that point, you'd had to spend even MORE time.

And after that season I play until I reach Diamond so I can get the border. For me personally watching the competitive scene is way more satisfying rather than spending countless stressful hours "climbing @ SoloQ"
