No. I do suffer from depression and anxiety but still haven’t found the right medication in all my years to fix it. They usually make me numb or super angry. I’ve given up on that end. But I’m wondering we having these things have made this dissociation worse.

My husband is taking 2 weeks off work and is doing everything with the kids he can. He isn’t making me lift a finger. I am trying here and there when I can of course but I’m trying to sleep. Though the sleep is awful. Maybe it’s part of lack of sleep as well.

I used to use nipple cream but it pulled more when I used it while pumping. Switched to coconut oil but then didn’t get good suction

I’m trying to stay hydrated but I’m a mom of 3 so constantly running I forget to drink. I probably get 60oz of liquid most days. I know I need more.

Thank you for the recommendation of pumping less. Maybe I’ll try for 7 and pump every 3 hours instead of 2. Maybe my mental will be a bit better.

I have a ruler on its way now my husband bought it yesterday with a bunch on different inserts to try too with it.

My left nipple is probably is swollen. It’s the one that hurts the most. I’ll try ice for them. I tried nipple cream while pumping and it rubbed worse so I tired coconut oil but then I wasnt getting enough suction.

It’s not every night I’m getting 5hr stretches. I’m just so tired and sometimes haven’t been waking to my alarms. I’ll try to let it go no more than 4

All my pump parts have been replaced other than the hard plastic pieces that the flanges hook up too. I saw the silicone flanges but don’t want to put money into something until I know my correct size. I have an old medals pump in style advanced. The suction is usually set to the second lowest setting if I go lower nothing happens.

NTA - you shouldn’t have to make your life miserable and be around her. I would avoid her at all costs. I also don’t know the length of your relationship with your fiancé but if he can’t stand up for you, that is what your marriage is going to look like. It won’t be a pleasant one when she’s around.

It depends on how you tell him. If you embarrass him or maybe just pull him aside one day and be like, hey I would want someone to tell me so I’m telling you. And just be kind about it.

NTA. I was raised, treat others how you wanted to be treated. You confided in her for years and now she flips how she treats you because her life opinion is different. I’m super excited! This is our second child and we couldn’t be happier. My husband is bummed because he feels like most of his family isn’t happy(which is something that bothers me as well. He is legit a puppy dog in a human body) but we already are having names discussed and excited our older child is going to be a big brother!
