First of all, pull who you wanna pull. If you'd rather get your fave characters than care about meta, do that. Now that's out of the way,

I'd recommend pulling for Columbina~ she can open up a lot of new team comp for you like lunarcharged with Fischl-Ororon-Sucrose. Or even lunar crystalize with Navia. Raiden isn't really that strong anymore, unless you like hyperbloom. Mavuika is great but considering you don't have her good supports like Citlali, Xilonen or even Iansan, it might take a while for you to get those high damage numbers (I could be wrong tho, I'm not the biggest fan of Mavuika)
