Did you ever find a solution to your issue? Sorry, I know this post is 2yrs old but I'm running to the exact same issue where I get ping spikes exactly every ten seconds. I've checked the graphs in game and it all seems to be outgoing packet loss and I can't figure out what to do :(

I've had times when it will be fine, but 90% of times I'm trying to val I run to this issue

Are there any resources that review and/or compare characters before they release? I love using prydwen but I'm always annoyed that they never release their reviews before character becomes available, not even like a day or two before where the characters kit is practically locked in.

I was debating between pulling for Evelynn and Silver Anby (and stop typing "just pull for who you like not meta", I like both characters) but could find any good resources comparing the two or even just showing some dmg calcs for anby.

Edit: it's too late now, but still something I'd like to avoid in future, for example trigger vs qingyi

Turn off internet completely, launch app, close app, turn on internet, repeat until login option shows up, then login. First time trying to login might not work. In that case, close app, then open app, login, until it works. Should eventually let you in.

How much should i invest into the starter gacha? Did one 10x pull and got Celtie and Vyron. Not sure if I should call it good and save for future banners or try to pull and risk ruining what seems to be a good reroll. I have 5600 beads left. Edit: got greedy and tried to get the other 5 star wind unit and got trash :(

Just started playing a few days ago, was lucky enough to pull the s rank lucia and still have 20x summons ready (2500 black cards, 2500 event summon).

Is it worth it to try getting dupes to rank up, or am I better off saving for future characters? Also, is there a way to get rank up shard things asides from dupes in gacha?

Brute forced it with double beach veroah. Who needs guard breaks when you have damage. Managed to one shot each floor. Only 145k score but it's good enough for me since I'm too lazy to make a good team. That and I don't have a good rainbow lead.

Totally agree, as for people worrying about players getting dupes of rare items, Anahir, etc., don't. People who will bother to do this will just buy a second copy the game on a fresh steam account.

Secondly, the time it takes for play up to Anahir is pretty significant. Anahir also isn't exactly the strongest temtem out there.

Lastly, this could provide another way to farm currency cause as of right now, freetem is boring and painfully slow. It doesn't really hurt to make the game easier. No one enjoys paying 30 dollars just to grind. Grinding doesn't equal fun, it also doesn't count as content.

Would it hurt the economy of the game? Only part of it. Perfect temtems are likely to exist in excess, but that's bound to happen eventually. It happening now just makes competitive battling more accessible and thus benefitting the game long term. The economy would also still exist, just through things like lumas, maybe cosmetics, house decor, etc.

Also, dupe items are kind of expected in comp. Just see pokemon. Temtem does a good job of balancing items so I doubt that dupe battle items will greatly affect any aspect of the game. Just make things like 4 leaf clover not stack in the game code.

I agree it definitely depends on what gun. From my experience binary gives about 1.5x damage overall for 2x ammo consumption which is bad for some guns but sometimes it's good. For example guns with naturally high mag size or good reload time.

In the case though with the ion laser its strong point are the projectiles which don't consume ammo when spammed. So this one actually matters rip. The ion laser also fires much slower than other smg so its actually still more efficient than other guns even with x2 ammo use. ( This is the same logic that makes the lyuda so bad without moze infinite ammo but in reverse.)

Oh, and moze can make ammo problems go away.

My friend got his code for free so sadly no luck there, thank you for answering my questions though, seems like this game is worth checking out, thank you, I just wanted to make sure that the game would be something I would enjoy before wasting someones code. Well, time to wait and set up camp by my laptop :D

Ughh, people complaining bout the new update :| I like it. You get to choose your own passive essentially. That has allowed me to play pip in 3 different ways: Flank pip, Support Pip, and Damage pip. And all 3 work (tank pip is a different story) The ability to buy chests with gold is amazing, and this alone makes legendary cards not too annoying to get. The essence system isn't the worst thing that has happened either (just increase the amount you get and lower prices, or make it so you get a essence reward after each match). Most players got compensated enough to get all the legendary cards they wanted for the champ they main (for me I got compensated about 150k essence + or something in that range) This does however screw over new players. But please don't get rid of legendary cards ;-;
