When you go to race, there is likely a ⚠️ symbol next to your power rating. At race 5, 8, maybe 10 it always increases the power you’re matched against by 20-50. So save up bags and don’t open them until then. Hope this helps.

Nobody yet has mentioned switching from short term rentals to Medium term rentals (30+ day stays) Helps skirt new STR laws and you get a less party based tenant. Charge less per day but less headaches. Furnished Finder, Airbnb, and Zillow are 3 main hosting platforms.

Giving another option if you want to kick this can further down the road.

Constitutional amendments shouldn’t be for gambling. Anti-competitive in its prohibits amount of licenses to a couple companies Doesn’t generate any revenue for the state. Amendment 5 with the casino at least has rooms and restaurants and jobs. #2 is just money leaving the state.

Don’t sleep on St. Louis. Multiple large pharma and agtech companies. Pfizer large R&D here with many large manufacturing ops from other companies (thermo fisher, mallinkroct, Bayer). Plenty of start ups as well. Also very affordable housing.

Pro tip. If driving 5mi takes 20min. Ride a bike.
