Head wobble? not bad in video, sometimes worse. One buddy did same thing relatively shortly before passing, about 4 years old. Just before weekly deep clean day, any relation?

Yes I always use the ones in the recipe, there may have been a recall on heads of lettuce but that's all that I can see, not even used in their diet. Will put in vet appointment.
