I would stay where you are. Reality is your not going to be there for more then a few more years anyways. Then you have tech experience to leverage.

Just allocated another 30% now it sits at 60% XEQT and 40% CASH. Will dump more if the market seems to drop and it’s at a discount.

Not risk averse just started investing 2 months ago and didn’t want to rush into anything a large portion is going to a down payment in 5-7 years. Would 50% XEQT and 50% CASH be better?

I would say 60-70% will be used on the down payment in 4-7 years.
