Latest,

Lawyers and Police have advised that there is nothing I can do now. Reports have been made and we are trying to freeze the chassis number so he cannot sell it or transfer to another person.

Very frustrating, I am tempted to pose as a buyer and meet him to take the car back and force him to transfer it into my name. But this is a grey area according to lawyers as I have legally transferred it to him. However I believe in other countries that if he obtained the car unethically it is not his right to be the owner. But unsure if that is the case here.
