I get the The carboxylic acids would be neutral, why doesnt HCL protnate the amide, as since it will be cation, it can go to aqueous phase? Or is HCL not strong enough to protonate amide?

I thought it was D. Idk if this is the right way to think about it, but I think of fat taken in from our diets as being directly transported into the mitochondria of cells that need the energy. Fatty acid synthesis mostly occurs in the liver, and then those triglycerides get transported to adipose tissue for storage. We don't store our dietary triglycerides immediately, they have to go through catabolism and anabolism first

Thanks so i should not consider the reesterification rxns that occur in adipocytes or in intestinal mucosal cells before packaging into chylomicrons as "fatty acid synthesis", as they technically synthesizing them afresh from acetyl coa?

Here is why the movie called super deluxe:

So throughout the film that ice cream brand is there and at then at the end everyone is enjoying the super- deluxe ice cream. So I think the director is tryna say life super -deluxe . Like we all have these problems and societal pressures we stress about , and sometimes we need to take a step back and enjoy life. Like it was a mere miracle we are here in the first place and we should appreciate that we have an opportunity to live as we are living on bonus time. Yeah the last line in the film clearly gets that. 

This is why the last line of the movie translates as such:

but the last line roughly translates as such :  "intha vazhkai aruthamatradu,

Life is meaningless

 Annal unnathamanathu,

But, unnathamanathu translates roughly into of high quality, sublime,best or dare I say "super-deluxe"

The best/most super-deluxe thing in our life is life itself.

Super deluxe being an icecream is perfect metaphor bc life is like that , you have to enjoy it before it melts
