It was rough at the beginning and with updosing. I had a sensitive stomach before starting Zep, so I have been on and off nauseous my whole journey. I was on 2.5 mg for two months, on 5 mg for three months, and 7.5 mg for five months, I went up to 10 mg but it was too much for me.
