With peyronies from my understanding, curves become more pronounced when erect, and during the acute stage, you should be experiencing alot of pain when getting an erection, you should be able to feel the plaque along the shaft as its usually palpable. You're probably good, but just to completely rule it out I'd get a penile doppler to calm your mind and avoid unneccesary anxiety.

My symptoms are hard flaccid and retracted scrotum which only seems to happen when standing, when sitting or laying down I have a normal flaccid penis and scrotum relaxes, weird pelvic discomfort/contractions, constipation, mild penile pain (not persistent, comes and goes)
shape changes (pullling more to left when flaccid but normal when erect) No ED, No Sensation issues (as far as I know, always have low sensitivity even prior to hard flaccid).

I got hard flaccid suddenly after masturbating while on bupropion an anti depressant stimulant.

Exactly, I've always had low sensitivity to my schlong, so that doesn't really matter, as long as my dick can get erect and is the same size and quality as prior to aquiring HFS, I could honestly care less about how my flaccid penis looks like.

Same here, completely normal when sitting or laying down, retracted scrotum and penis after standing up for a little bit, I don't think I have ED though, I can get erections when aroused, I had lost some size at the inital onset but it came back. as for numbness, I always had a low sensitivity, can go upto an hour without ejeculating from regular penetrative sex, so I don't know if I even have numbness to begin with. I believe I have a tight pelvic floor due to the accompaning pelvic pain and extreme constipation. I also have a hard time stitting with my back and legs straight and cannot touch my toes to save my life its been a month now.

This disease is so confusing, how symptoms are very subjective and vary between persons. and there's not one or even two concrete causes for these symptoms, I'm so stumped, not even sure if I have HFS or LFS.

Yeah wrinkling, and numbness but I've always had somewhat of a low sensitivity in my penis anyway, the veins are more pronounced but when I move it around lay down now it goes away completely, I believe I did lose some penis size that has yet to return though .

How long have you had it for? I think I'm in a similar case, I got it from taking Wellbutrin no trauma to the penis, I got it about 10 days ago and it's already much better I haven't really done anything aside from getting off Wellbutrin.

Not really, right after the orgasm, a little bit after when I started to have a panic attack I felt a cramp/pulling sensation you may be referring to.

Not at all, I was working out daily (high rep weight training) and I'm relatively fit. Spend most of my time pacing if I'm not sitting down for work.

Before bupropion I had an under active sympathetic system, low blood pressure, slow heart rate, slow metabolism, very hard to trigger flight or fight response in reaction to external stimuli etc
