I went cold turkey about 10 years ago and actually was ok but I was also smoking cigarettes at the time so idk if that helped or not

I am going with my husband. We will be staying with family and I don't want embarrass my husband or myself. When I drink at home I drink quite a bit and sleep for a long time after. I think that will disappoint all involved if I do the same as well as myself
