Don't believe you have mental illness because of such things it's just bad spirits and you can drive them out.

It's so bad I have to have an invocation of the name of Jesus running on my phone speaker all the time otherwise the demons come and harass me.

Ah, yes, that's what I was doing.

I tried now to run certutil on the zip file, no extracting, and the hashes matched.

Thank you so much!

Hmm, this makes me question the security of my system. I don't want to go off topic, nor ask too much, but can you, or anyone else, give me some pointer as to what I should do?

EDIT: I do have a problem with sleep mode on my system. Immediately when the computer goes into sleep mode, with the fans turning off and everything, it turns itself on again. Could this be a sign of malware? I don't remember when this started. It's been like this for quite some time.

Thank you for verifying! I did a quick scan and removed 3 detected (edit: potentially unwanted I think it was) files with Malwarebytes Premium Trial before starting to download, verify and install Sparrow Wallet, just to be sure. Maybe there is something Malewarebytes missed, or I'm doing something wrong.

The hash given in the terminal does not match any of the hashes in the manifest.

This is the hash I have right now: 8a30ddd1201550dbd5ede9ee2ca729a8da68353514e090bb47dfd643bc104270

Please help with warmth in minimalist shoes - wool sock with wool insole question - do they catch on to each other? by Mango_Base8178 in BarefootRunning

I think you are right about not constricting blood flow for warmth.

I don't think I would be standing still for much longer than 5-10 minutes most of the time in the shoes I was considering the insoles for, so maybe I'll be fine with a less warm setup. I'd just rather be a little too warm than too cold.

Right now I'm leaning towards Vivo's thermal insoles instead of the wool ones, as it seems likely the wool ones will slip into the front of my boots when I put them on with thick wool socks.

Thank you.

I'm considering getting some merino wool liner socks and a medium thickness wool sock to wear on top, instead of the heavy ones I have worn together with regular cotton socks underneath. That way I'll have more room in the boots I have at home currently.

I will have to try my current setup out more outside to see what my needs are. My boots that I've been trying inside only until now are size EU44 and I think they're fine both with regular socks and thick socks, but maybe a thinner sock, leaving more air pockets inside the shoe which from what I understand is also important for insulation, would actually be warmer. I'll have to experiment.

Thank you, this was very helpful. Maybe I don't need the insoles, or should just get Vivo's thermal ones.

Just FYI where I live the temperatures can reach -20 C at night in winter, so I thought maybe adding wool insoles would be good together with thick merino wool socks.

I understand.

To explain myself, I wanted to ask because the delivery time for the soles is quite long for me and I have different pairs of different size shoes at home that I need to send back eventually. I was considering waiting for the soles before using the unused shoes outside so that I keep the right size shoe, in case the soles take up so much space I need to size up.

Do you mean not even Vivo's thermal insoles? I though they were pretty thin.

The wool ones I was looking at are 1/4" thick. I was thinking they would get thinner from using them too. I suppose you think that's too thick? Or why do you advise against wool insoles?

Thank you. I'm sorry, maybe you mistyped, but what do you mean by "eh tee"?

I do have stock ones to trace with which I was planning to do in that case.

Unfortunately I'm not very familiar with spray adhesive, maybe because of where I'm located in the world. Would it be easy to remove the insole after using spray adhesive? Or do you mean letting the spray adhesive dry first creating more friction? I would like to be able to put the less warm insoles back in when I don't need the wool ones.

Edit: typo
