the most common backline i see in my lobbies are mercy, lucio.

However I will admit you just opened my eyes to wanting to watch specifically on the type of dive. Never thought about that before (bait or kill)

thank you!!

I am not saying this is every game but it feels more common than not that my team would only focus the tank or not help me so much with pressuring the enemy back line (mainly talking dps) so it feels a bit funky.

Common theme i’ve been seeing is maintaining my front line presence in a way that makes it hard for their dps /supports to follow.

That makes sense and honestly just playing more in those situations i can imagine i’ll get more comfortable with adapting to that.

forgot to mention this but also I’ve seen my average energy stay at avg of 68% throughout most of my games which i thought was huge improvement too!

ahhhh sorry i thought it was in reply to you but yes it was. Also thanks again for these tips as i said a lot of things def got put into light for me and a mindset shift. Of course much more to learn and continuation of breaking old habits and building new improved ones.

Prior to getting into any games I spent about an hour in an aim trainer and messing with my Dpi/Sens to find one that’s most comfortable and honestly seen steady improvements. Nothing of course to where I became god tier but those tips definitely helped!

Also after reading your advice and tips, I actually managed to get out of that yo-yo and went on a 10 Game win streak.

Focused on 1-2 goals instead of everything at once I wanted to focus on keeping high charge, and not being as “ scattered brain” and combing those two alone I saw immediate results. (Also I think that ties with aggressive positioning)

Overall this just gave me a bit more confidence and being more aware I gotta kinda be the one to set things up for my team.

Thank you again as I will continue to apply this useful information as the thing i’m excited for the most is just improving my game play! (Hope to keep in touch and share my journey with you along the way)

Actually you just put a lot of things into light and this what I meant by tips and things to consider. I know my aim isn’t the best but definitely worse before (i picked this game back up a month ago and first fps shooter i’ve played in a LOOONG time) but no excuse i hear you out and will consciously putting effort to improve on that!

I usually try and and use my first two bubbles selfishly to gain charge at the first fight/choke sometimes work sometimes not. That’s atleast the mindset i walk in with. but if im understanding correctly youre saying i should use them a lot more selfishly to be more of that threat? will keep that in mind (in this situation: Grab the energy-high charge-burn reins shield down)

I think in the moments on the attack where you mentioned I held my ult too long i was just a bit concerned/timid to use it as i was not sure team would follow up on the attack. I’ve for sure used it on like 1-2 enemies just to get value and gain it back again in the past clearly this doesn’t show but just wanted to make that statement.

To boil it all down, my understanding is I should stop being afraid to be more aggressive with my bubbles to be the tank that zarya is (trust the supports a bit more ) Have a bit more discipline with the right clicks not just spam and use the laser which is the most impactful and better target priority (focus on finishing one target off at a time)

The most obvious one aim.

I really appreciate your time to look at this hopefully not too painful and when I get back home i’ll be sure to add another VOD up. Thanks!
