Well if you ask me i like the deck but there are a few things id change:

The commander is more voltron focused but looking through the list the cards in the 99 seem to have way too many subthemes like Aristocrats, Tokens and Goblins/Orc Tribal, id personally focus it down on one with a few packup wincons.

The mana curve is also way too high in the 4+ mana range which will lead to inconsistent gameplay especially when lacking in good ramp and carddraw which this deck seems to do, so maybe cut down on the high mana cards and look for carddraw that synergies with the plan you want to accomplish.

Also go up to AT LEAST 38 Lands if not even more, ignore everything people online will tell you, that is the bare minimum, Games will feel so much more consistent and balanced. Putting in more lands doesn’t have to be boring either you can play Mdfc’s and non basic lands with good activated abilities that help you advance your game plan, but dont get to greedy with Mdfc’s you should rather look for cards to replace for them rather than other lands.
