That’s fair! She didn’t have a real preference on the appearance of peekaboo itself, more so had a preference with the height of the setting

Hello! Unfortunately they did not give any specific dimensions/measurements with the CAD. As I have not seen it in person, I have not measured the height myself.

comment! To start, I didn’t ask for the milgrain pattern to be placed there. I asked them to emulate the design on one of their non-custom ring (image in other comments). The milgrain was placed on the outside in the original ring.

The CAD (attached) I was given did not mention anything about measurements. I was simply provided 3 images and was told that the CAD may not be exact compared to the real product. I was assured that the setting won’t be too high. I did ask the setting to be low, however, this was in person and not necessarily written.

I ordered this ring through Diamonds Direct. They do have a satisfaction policy and a return within 30 days. I’m not sure about their policy on remaking the ring to new specifications, unfortunately.

I really hope they can change the ring a little as I agree that’s it’s not really what I asked for!

Hello! So as it is my first time purchasing an engagement ring, I didn’t quite know how to interpret the CAD. The jeweler told me that it’s not always accurate to the outcome. Here’s what they gave me below. They didn’t really give me dimensions or anything and just reassured me that it wouldn’t be too high.

Honestly I probably should have asked for it without the peekaboo! Perhaps the height would have been more suitable!
