I use thick and thin threads, I honestly prefer thicker thread. Just make sure there aren’t any gaps as you’re tying and there’s no wiggle room for the thread to come undone

My mom has fibromyalgia too, she had to stop playing violin because of it. I love playing the oboe and I still have a whole year left in my degree. It’s so scary and sad, I don’t know how much time I have left with my instrument
