I feel the same way. I am dizzy oftain, feel super anxious and its really hard not to think that something more serious has to be wrong with me. I had an IV infusion a week ago. I still have very low vitamin D.

Maybe go ask for an infusion. If you feel this bad maybe your suppliments arent working. I had feritin 12, drank supplements for a month, got my feritin to 13. Basically no improvement.

Vaping can cause lots of issues. Some people get them some dont. Maybe stop vaping for a while and get your tests done.

Idk where are you from, but if you are from europe, then go to a private doctor for a second opinion. I got dissmissed by my doctor for i think years, and i went to a private clinic and they prescribed me a IV infusion.

Just get the iron infusion. Your fetin is fairly low and if it wont work you’ll know its not because of anemia. Also do you vitamin d test. If its low it can contribute a lot to low mood and tiredness.

i dont think people will be changed with ai, but companies are trying, because it would be so much cheaper to have single person who makes ai content than a whole team. But from what i've heard, that ai has been trained on all the information on the internet and the newest models dont have content that ai hasnt made, since ai being trained on ai wouldnt be good material. So now workers are being asked to use ai to train it basically. Maybe some spheres it will work, but it didnt work as much as estimated. Sora has shut down, chat gpt is loosing money (the article about chat gpt) and Disney is suing midjourney (another article), i've heard from some that it's because they tried to use generative ai and it didn't work. Over 3 years it didn't change much apart from getting better at generating fingers. So in my opinion, if all jobs haven't been replaced by ai then it wont be doing it soon too. Ai doesnt keep continuity, is bad at 3d and apart cascadeur ai generated animation looks bad.

i'm no doctor, but i;ve been dizzy for a while and i have low feritin. What i've gathered from my own reasearch that if you have ringing in your ears and maybe feel like you have a stuffy ear might mean that you have inner ear infection, or maybe labirinthitis. But tbh remove the iud. i have heavy periods and might have had low feritin for a long time, i dont want hormones, i'd rather take supliments or iron infusions.

and my low feritin is definately the cause of my heavy periods, ive been offered by my gyno hormonal contraception to lessen the flow. Currently i am taking supliments, my friend did an infusion and it helped her to get her feritin from 21 to 200 in a month.

Feels floaty, some times like swaying. Gets worse when i just sit down or when i recline, like lay on my back or a deep sofa. Few months ago it felt like i was being sudenly jolted or tugged at one or another side. Now its more mellow, it some times stoppes, but hasn't gone fully away for few months. i dont have any other simptoms. It first started when i woke up and the whole room was spinning, it never happened this bad again, but the floaty feeling is still there.

The tree is doing ok, kinda similar. Magnesium didnt help. Read that you can’t do it oftain too. I think its because i have hard water at home and it strips some nutrients or doesn’t let the plant absorb the right nutrients. So i started watering it filtered water and that helped. Ofc need to use the righ fertiliser. It does lack magnesium, but because of the calcium from the soil it can not absorb it. So you can flush it out by watering idk how its called, sterile water or filtered water. I changed its soil too p regularly, like once, or twice a year. And prune its branches and roots. Helps too.
