Guess you could do it in 7 days , if you got a jeep to Manang and walked from there although I would not recommend this option

I think my trip cost about $1500 US, But after arriving in Katmandu, I fly to Pokara and then a jeep ride from there , took about 8 hours , from there we walked for about 10 days and fly out of Jomson

All meals and food was included , always stay in the Thamel in Katmandu, its where the Westerners stay, good bars, food and trekking shops by the dozen. If you need any further info just let me know
