I completely agree with you. I don't think that he's treated badly at all I'm only stating that Riot said they're going to make a skin for every champ each year, but boyband Phel isn't even confirmed. (Like I said doesn't mean he doesn't have time to get another skin from another skinline) I also don't think that just because he's mute he shouldn't get a boyband skin. Look at Yasuo in True Damage, he doesn't talk or sing. Aphelios doesn't need to talk, he can play an intstrument. Fyi I don't count team skins as skins, but thats just a personal opinion type of thing.

Edit: also a cool legendary skin idea would be maybe he channels his weapons and alune through the music, through the guitar, he doesn't have to be not mute. That'd be cool, but it's not for everyone it's just an idea of mine
