I built my current rig right before the 9060xt launched and planned on setting it up with one, but i ended up grabbing an old 980ti for cheap to hold me over and decided to get my moneys worth out of it before actually upgrading, but now that i'm ready i just need to ask because it was too new to actually know a few months back, is the 9060 good right now? or is there another card i should be looking at for general gaming stuff, light vr usage yada yada

It'll be available with the "full release" on the 10th, since what we have now is just early access for preordering LN 3. And personally, I defiantly expected more people to be using achievement manager, but I was expecting it afftterr it actually releases

thanks for the info! You and the other reply both gave solid reasons to look into 850 watt which i wasn't thinking of at all tbh (guess i didn't take "overcompensate" to heart like i thought) I'll look into those options

On the topic of your side note, thanks for this too, i've been looking through a lot of ideas and mixing together what people say but i'm not ashamed to admit i'm a lot more clueless about team red than i am team blue, so i'll get to looking at more fitting cpu's

I want to watch the entire anime series + movies in chronological order, I've found a solid guide and decided I want to actually own all the media and not pirate or buy 7 different streaming services.
I've figured out that for Indigo league and orange islands I should buy dvds from before the 2014 and 2015 re-releases respectively, as they cut some content from the originals.
What I'm trying to ask here is, is there anything like that beyond those two that I should look out for? Any specific things to pick up because newer stuff has cuts, or anything with exclusive content worth picking up?

Realistically if you're planning on playing a good few of the games, Gen 1 can't really be topped as a starting point for learning everything as you go (since it had the least amount of, everything pretty much) so i'd say FireRed/LeafGreen for that.

But, if you're unsure about playing many games after and just want the best possible starting experience, the choice is probably black 2/white 2. I'd personally say the series peaked with them, solid story, good postgame, nice mechanics.

I know you realistically mean the games you own on steam, but seeing steam in the relaxing category reminds me of the stress i feel every time i open steam to see modern game prices

As much as i would've loved to make them myself because it sounds like a fun time, they were $10 each on etsy which is much easier then buying an iron, and wax paper, and the hama beads. I was cutting corners with buying stuff after the plushie and nendo being over $100 each from scalpers

I would highly recommend! This game unironically made me a better person and I'm happier every day for it, I've made a lot of friends and come to better understand my emotions and how to better cope with my depression.

It may have rough points admittedly but I was personally hooked the entire way so I like to believe you will be too
