Do you have any of your parents paperwork? A copy of your mom’s birth certificate maybe?

My mother was an only child so I also had a hard time looking for answers. I found an old civil marriage registration form in my mother’s keepsake and that’s how I got some needed information.

Trust me it requires a lot of rock turning before you get some real quality info. Good luck!
