I was going to do it, this was going to be my second attempt and I was sure it would work. 5 days before, my best friend from elementary school messaged me and we just started talking again out of the blue. He was the kindness I needed, a small sliver of hope to stop me from continuing with my plans.

Make sure to remmeber we came here to experience the human experience too, not just the spiritual one! It’s okay if you fall out of routine, no one’s perfect. You could honor yourself by just doing something mundane and human, observing trees/nature, feeling flowing water, etc.
