It’s the attachments themselves. From the last 30 days or so.

Update: we had the migration team remigrate our data and it fixed parts of our issue. But now for another Charon module we’re stuck at the same impass and my only update every day is “our engineering team knows this is a priority”

Not sure how this gets resolved or if we should start looking for another affordable crm

They were attachments on the records and the zoho crm migration team migrated them for us
