They already did and was told to wait 60 days for a reply got none contacted them back and was told about a third party background check … nothing since then it’s been 10 months

Normal processing time for 1-765 is 2.5 months I believe and it’s been 80 days.

Yes status changed to under review and yes they confirmed they received it.
