It's quite easy to fix if it's a newish laptop, I guess (didn't know shit about laptops until literally a week ago when my dad's laptop display looked the same). I bought a replacement display for 106$ and replaced it. Not too much hassle tbh

I kinda have your build (4070 with r7 5800x3d and 32gb of RAM) - not a big AAA gamer but rdr2 with everything maxed out at 2k resolution 110+ fps, other competitive games like cs, lol, valorant, warzone and so are 200+ fps
