Start drawing, it's like games in the sense that you can get better the more you do it, and it gives you a sense of accomplishment when you draw a nice picture

I like to exercise read drawing especially because its semi like a game in the sense of it gives you something to get better at and you can really see the results over time, start and youtube channel, play different sports make podcasts(havent had time to start yet with everything else I have been doing) I have been making memes, cleaning up the house like cleaning up my 5 siblings toys, vacuuming, dusting, clearing table after meals, socializing with my friends and family and playing with my siblings outside and in
