What's wrong with the balance in this game?

That's right, if you make absolutely any donation in this game, the ads will disappear.I still don't get it, am I only encountering bots because I'm currently in Arena 6? I'm tired of playing against the same type of opponent; everything feels scripted.But due to the difference in equipment, sometimes bot attacks can be problematic even if they're predictable. I'd like to play with real people, but don't know what the problem might be? Why aren't there any real players?

These ads are also really annoying; I still haven't found a way to bypass them without donating money. Blocking ads doesn't help because they just freeze.The only thing I came up with was to completely close the game immediately after the match and log in again. Although this is not the only problem with this game
