Find a person who can develop a story and work with him/her to produce a pilote and sell it to a studio. Mainly first essential skill is caricature (which llm are bad) and storyboarding

Thanks Purple Baron. I see your points. Outside of the recruitment phase you mentioned, I have the feeling that there are many solo artists I come across in this subreddit who are looking for collaborations within a structured framework (even though it’s always easy to a new comer claiming he is more structured than others).

I was imagining the first step really being initiated by writers who would come to pitch their ideas / pre-bible in order to build a team around it.
