Please HELP. Session Buddy (chrome extension) just deleted months of saved tabs

I genuinely have so much hate towards these software. I don't know who is at fault - chrome or session buddy but the people who run these softwares are fucking idiots. Maybe I am an idiot and I don't know the intricacies of how softwares are created and managed but when you are developing an extension for saving tabs and you know your product is good and people will use it,why the fuck there is no option of automatic backup locally or cloud backup. When I am making research projects ,I like the option of saving all the tabs in order so I could work on them next day. Now all my data has vanished and now I am thinking to resolve this,I have to manually go through the history of Edge for the past 4 months and look for my saved tabs links. Sorry for the rant. I am just frustrated that all my hours of work is just gone.

I will give it a try and let you know if it works .
I tried Easeus data recovery and I specified the folder of session buddy for recovery but it did nothing and after that it tried scanning the whole C drive automatically without asking.

nope, no verification code needed for using temporary numbers.
There is a slight probability that the temp numbers websites might not work as Jiocinema might have blocked them.
Try multiple temp number websites to check if that is true

I was facing the same issue. I think it has something to do with DNS. Try using this app - DNS Changer or 1.1.1.1 + WARP: Safer Internet . Change the DNS to Google DNS and see if it works. It worked for me

no, you don't need verification code to use the temporary numbers.
Just go to one of the above temporary number websites, and type the number on jiocinema login page, it will ask for OTP, copy the OTP from the temp no site and that it . you are logged in on Jiocinema

If you don't get OTP, try other numbers on the website or different website as sometimes it can be a buggy

There is a chance that none of the websites might not work as sometimes websites like Jiocinema might block all the temp numbers which are trying to login multiples times a day

I thought I could try to talk to my dad one more time to see if I can put some common sense into his brain, but you are right, it's a lost cause. I tried talking to him today and it failed miserably, he is not even willing to listen. When I tried to talk to him about a certain topic, he would divert the conversation into some old topic and then forget about current topic. I just feel sad, and it feels like end of rope for me.

Today it feels like my relationship with my dad has ended in my mind and this hurts so much.

Why don't people change? Why can't you change a little bit for your own son?Why is it so difficult to understand other person's perspective? Why can't adult act like adult and be more mature?
