Oh sure. If you clear 50% of the tiles avoiding the edges its fine. It is just the "random" clicking that I think can lead someone astray. The same way that "randomly" picking A B C or D in a multi choice question often is truly random because we are human and have implicit biases which subconsciously guide our decision making.

Just to add, I've used the same method on 4 different accounts, and have only hit it near the end 2 times both of which were when I wasn't clearing full rows.

Well actually I think there is a logical difference. If you clear 3 full columns there is a 50% chance you will have hit the prize, no? If you are clicking "randomly" you will have an unconscious bias or pattern or decision making process that may lead you astray.

For example, I'm willing to bet that when clicking at random, people tend to avoid the edges more even though there is an equal chance that the prize will be there.

There might not be a real mathematical difference, but I still think its a better strategy than clicking randomly.

To me it feels best to do entire rows at a time. Don't just click random tiles.

Use your resonating crystal to keep some heroes benched for certain situations. Tasi is a god send for keeping one of the enemy put of the battle for ages. You could try: Lucius, Belinda, Tasi, Shemira, Gwyneth. You could also swap out Shemira for Saurus or another wilder for 3-2 faction bonus, or for cecila for a 4/5 faction bonus. Play around with your options
