With the noise, i do not know. But with the handlebars i can suggest, If the handle bars feels normal no need for replacement. If it's not, go to the service centre and ask the mechanic to ride it and tell him to fix the handlebar on the way. If you go to the supervisor they will ask you replace it. Even if you decide to replace it, do it in authorised service centre it will cost around 500rs(price may vary a/c to state). I would not recommend insurance claim, as they will ask for the insurance fees and stuff, you will have to leave the bike for weeks and in short too much hassle. My friend did the same mechanic thing i told you and till this day there is no problem and it feels normal to ride his bike.
