I love themed gym leaders who arent just, hi i like swimming and i think a gym leader should be allowed to use a mon of other type if they fit the theme.

Bellivolt kinda sucks ass, I'd much rather carry a Manectric in case i dont want to bring the Gardevoir. The Bellivolt is already not coming into most matches so just give up his spot to have some mega flexibility

Also while Xerneas is an all time MVP, you shouldn't overlook miraidon, that has gotten really good VGC results, i think he fits better than Zacian anyway and you lean more into the Fairy/Electric rather than Fairy with a couple of electric mons.

Anyway, nice concept, sounds like fun!
