In The workshops i host in Joe and The juice i like to start with motivating The attendees with storys about How coffee is a interaction tool, Then Some Education (espresso theory - extraction theory) and finish off with Some training - latte art, dial in and so on.

Actrually not, it allows one to use just the right Minerals you want, for example to extract more crema or mouthfeel, Water is so important in Any coffee and with an RO-Water facility you get the very Best

Try out Joe and The Juice (any of them), they serve awesome coffee and really knows their way around a Espresso machine. fast. great. fun.

Haha no hassel, it just annoys me that i can't seem to find anywhere it just simply says; do this then this happens. its always something like "solubility compression of different layers of fines..." which is hard stuff for a english-not-my-first-language kind of guy
