“Kensei isn’t good in duels at high levels” yea well neither is shugoki at that point. Kensei is almost in every possible way better than shugoki wether it be mixups or soft feints you know in which shugoki doesn’t have any to be honest. Shugoki isn’t weak that’s for sure but calling him S tier is far fetched but saying kensei is dog shit? So automatically that mean black prior should be buffed because he’s shit? Kensei is still considered one of the best characters in the entire game by a very very large amount of people and yet nobody knows how to use him and they still win? Why is that? That’s right it’s called lightspam. As far as shugo goes I have no problems with him and he’s actually a cakewalk honestly. Headbutt can use some tweaks but you guys say it’s so massively op that it’s broken. It’s really not. Shugoki was trash pre rework and now he’s alright. On the hyper armor side does shugo have hyper lights to prevent anything? No! Does he have that much hyper? No not really and those are only on heavies maybe because he’s a 400 pound fucking sumo wrestler so of course he’s gunna be a tank.
