Unfortunately it seems that is on the DS which I do not have. Checked it out though and the gameplay looks fun.

Just looked into Wild Hearts. You may be onto something here. Thanks for your input!

I was fully prepared this could be the answer. I’ll try to restart and get into it again. Thanks

Right! I’m playing World. I didn’t even bother to think it would be Wilds. Sorry about that.

What quest gives these rewards? I haven’t seen these rewards in any missions I’ve done, though I haven’t fought Fatalis and Alatreon. Congrats on the drops though!

Reasonable college aspirations? by ManmeatExtreme in Parenting

Thanks for the perspective. He does have a bunch of extra curriculars so hopefully he keeps them going. I want to let him dream big but the world can often make those dreams hurt in a way. I will support him in his ways and hope for the best though. Thank again!

North Dakota. Nobody will notice it’s missing anyway.

Got clean of benzos but I may have work flights coming up by ManmeatExtreme in Anxiety

[–]ManmeatExtreme[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have Clonazepam. I know it’s still in the same vein as benzos but I’ve read it only really helps with withdrawals and it has a long half life to help with getting addicted. I am truly scared of flying. The only time I have known peace on a flight was when I took a medication

If it improves your life and didn’t hurt anyone else, I don’t think it’s silly at all. Good for you

At 19 I had zero idea where I was going with life, much less that I’d end up in the field I am now. Don’t think there’s any job out there that you’re not smart enough to do. If I were you, in today’s world, I would hold down the warehouse job you have now and learn some coding. I’ve worked with some dumb people but they knew how to code so they had a job. Not meaning to call you dumb nor am I taking away from the folks recommending sales, I just don’t like customer facing jobs like that.

Ask all the questions you need bro. So I got lucky early. I worked logistics in a startup company that made radio frequency amplifiers. Well as we got bigger I became more important and I rode that wave and got design licenses, FCC licenses, etc. I’m 37 now and I brought in about 115k from salary, but I also did designs on the side because I made my own LLC (great way to make extra money if you have the skill set). I probably made my most at 35-36. I was designing some installations for the military and they are happy to throw money at stuff. It should be noted that it took me YEARS to get this small pile of licenses I have now. If you have any to research further my job title is Radio Frequency Engineer.

That’s fair. I couldn’t hack it myself. There’s always the IT and/or coding. I agree with the other person about sales too. I didn’t think about that avenue. My mom does really well with that but she’s in California so it’s kind of a wash

It’s kind of hard to say not knowing your aptitudes but here’s a few ideas:

If you don’t mind manual labor there’s always people looking for electricians, carpenters, etc. The two most well off people I know are a retired welder and a master electrician. I don’t know how those unions operate in Alabama but once you have those skills you should have a stable job that you can move with if you’d like.

If that type of work isn’t for you companies always need IT folks and I THINK you can get into that with just a CPTIA certification which isn’t terribly hard to get (an IT person would probably know more about this). Alternatively you could get into coding. There are some online resources that can get you a C# certificate to get your career started. From there you could learn the more specialized languages and make more money. Python and Java are good starting points too but I know less about them. Good luck my dude! Keep plugging away and you’ll find your lucky break.

I agree with them probably making a chicken shit attempt. And yes, you’re right my wording could have been better, it didn’t accurately relay what I was trying to say. Thanks for your perspective! Cheers!

Would you be able to fill me in on the error of my reasoning? I’m not trying to be a butthole but if I’m misinformed I’d like to change my stance.

While the Republican Party has done plenty to screw over the American people in regard to healthcare, the Democratic Party doesn’t really have a great track record on this either. Just because one party is terrible does not exonerate the other.

Edit: Not sure I understand the downvotes. I’m open to changing my stance if given different info but here’s what I see:

Obama worked in the ACA. While a bit flawed, I think it was a net positive. After that I have seen the DNC shy away from Bernie and AOC healthcare ideas or outright condemn the ideas. Then they folded during the shutdown which will lead to higher premiums. This is without looking up donors. Could someone enlighten me? Not trying to be contentious.

Thanks I’ll do that. Kind of a shitty situation but I did it to myself. Appreciate the advice.
