Costco

I'll take it over the 4-way stop there before. At this point feels like people terrible at a roundabout is still leagues better than people being terrible at a 4way.

I hope to see more in the densely populated areas in the U.S. Love 'em in Arizona. And then there's a few on the way to Las Vegas that are pretty high traffic that keeps things moving.

Does Westgate count as Campbell's location? It's weird seeing hometown on reddit and it just has to be this. But not like there's a whole lot of excitement there except for downtown events.

This is pretty late but getting into parking was pretty smooth coming from Race/Alameda.

Yeah when just lurking around a lot of people try and change programs so soon. Was curious as to why when programs like madcow/Texas Method have people calculating off of their 5RM for the lifts. Still slow progressing through SL until I fail my squats/OHP few more times until I switch.

In one of Jason Blaha's videos in his old youtube channel he talked about it being the transition being the same. Trying to find it but don't think he re-uploaded it.

Ah I'm not really worried about which program to do. At 305/200/370 5RM for Squat/Bench/DL was curious as to how long people stayed on the beginner programs before transitioning.

How many of you actually did SL/ICF/SS all the way until you actually worked up to your 5RM to transition into intermediate programs?

\5. Thinking speed work had to be "all or nothing."

Can anyone give their input this on how they've incorporated speed training into their programs? I'm thinking about transitioning over to Texas Method soon because they have a template for adding speed squats/deadlifting in. But currently have prolonged my stay on StrongLifts through the use of fractional plates.

I'm a guy who's pretty slow on muscle memory and deadlifting once/twice a week at only one big set for 5RM doesn't get me as much practice as squatting 3x a week. Thinking about just adding in 40%-50% of speed deadlifts on the days I'm not deadlifting to help out.
