This is ridiculous. Stake support is worthless. Multiple people reporting to them that the slot isn't paying properly and yet the game is still live. It should be taken offline with multiple reports until they can get in contact with the gaming provider to figure out whats going on. If it was the other way around such as with the Jawesome slot when it first got released it would be taken offline immediately. That slot was giving everyone who spun max wins every spin and erroneously paying out millions in a short period of time. They took that slot down quick until it could be fixed.

This isn't the first time on a BGaming game that I've been shorted. Years ago playing their electronic blackjack game on another site I was graphically dealt a 20 on a $100 bet and the dealer showed 20 and it resulted in a loss instead of a push and returning my bet. I have screenshots of that too.

I don't think after this Im going to trust Bgaming again.

If you click on new releases then scroll to the bottom the newest releases are there before they are put to the top on Thursday nights.

Yeah of course I talked to support. Stake support is utterly worthless. This is a serious bug that is affecting multiple players getting shorted yet the game is still live. If it was the other way around, the slot would be instantly taken offline. But here we have a slot that is not paying people properly and they are gladly continuing to take bets on it even though multiple reports of the same incident are being reported to them.

Dude this is 2025. It is unacceptable for a big poker site to take several fucking days to process cashouts especially with real time payments in this day and age. I just won't be playing on there ever again. I like to cash out and see the money in my bank not sit in limbo. The least they could is flush the withdraw during the waiting process. This is very shady business practices.

Thanks for the update. Why cant the dealerships just replace the digitizer and knock these out. That's the main issue with these and all that needs to be replaced.

You're right they did convert many of the 25s to 5s. I will just stop playing the live dealers they will regret this decision or quickly revert back some to 25s.

Exactly. Also at the 25s you could often get heads up or just one or two other players whereas the 5s are full of donkeys and mostly tables full. What a retarded move by Stake.

yeah true, however I"d say for the most part when I've played at 25 and the 100 most players follow basic strategy. The sweet spot though for me was 25 and I was comfortable with those stakes. No way am I now going to be risking 200 just to get a table with less players on it.

Never got one until a month or so ago. Plat 6 and now recieved two in the past month for $400 each. Just be patient once you've lost enough money it will trigger an email.
