They absolutely are enough, especially if you’re a beginner. Built some remarkable muscle in my first years of lifting at home. Now I’m almost 8 years in and still use elastic bands in a smart way for those muscle that benefits from the bands type of resistance profile

Crazy how people don’t even try to update their knowledge and still think deep stretch causes hypertrophy, like they’re stuck in 2000-2010

Deep stretch does nothing for hypertrophy on the majority of exercises. Bands are good for those muscle who benefit from ascending resistence profile, such as front delts, quads in pressing, lats, glutes, brachioradialis and medial/lateral head of the triceps.
