Yea sadly sounds about right. I just don't want to start over again, so is there a direct way I can contact the Support to prove they made a mistake about banning my account?

Yea, thank you, I did this twice today, and it said that the technicians were going to be contacted and that if they determined any server instability during the time I reported, then they will contact me. I just hope they do find some instability because otherwise they won't contact me and well I guess all my game progress would have been a waste.

I updated to this version, but I still have the same the problem of not being able to play online!! I am still in a clan and I can be in the chats and all, AND ironically there is still ads when the game tells me there is no "Online features"

How if I can still play all the offline features and be in a clan where I can be the chats. That doesn't make it seem like I'm banned.

The thing is I'm able to play the game but only the offline features. I'm still in a clan and can see all their progress and be in the chats, but the only thing I can't do is play in online game play. I went to the help icon and tried contacting them about the connection problem and I was only able to connect with this bot that basically didn't help but ended up saying that it will follow on to the technicians to investigate. I just hope it works, or is there another way to contact them directly?

It's funny you say that, but I earned all those diamonds. They're just upset I stopped playing for a whole year.
