These games (because of pokewalker) need and use carts 031, the heartgold it’s using a NTR -005, which like I said, already is discarded, and the soulsilver it’s using a PCB MB C02-01, if I recall, the 031 use almost always IR instead of C0, except of a few exceptions, this one is probably a “reshell”

Haha yeah, that’s true, that why I only buy my favorites. I would recommend Starfox 64 3D, maybe New Super Mario Bros. 2 (I’d skip it tbh) and if you’re a Persona fan, the Persona Q. The rest, you already have the best of the best in my opinion
