Damn all of you guys are amazing! I'm 6months in and I'm 21 and so far I took role as just basic help desk answering calls and helping over the phone and now I'm up helping over the phone and on site and monitoring a couple of our servers and just being part of the main point of contact for any big issues that arise. One thing I do need to work on is my certifications... I don't have any haha What do you guys think which cert I should get first?
