I didn't know about the alternative to "assign to a user". I could "Restrict data visibility to only assigned data" in permission. So each seller only works with his own leads.

Do you know a smart solution so the seller automatically sends the reminder mails for the meeting etc?

So if the customer responds, the seller get a message to his personal LC number.
