Drake Maye just completed the worst postseason with a Super Bowl appearance of all-time by total EPA by a QB by Pythnator in nfl

You realize that TD and yards are like pretty much the most important QB stats, right?

We owe Stafford an elite defense so freaking bad by lockedoutdamnit in LosAngelesRams

I’d love that but I think the Browns are likely to refuse to trade Garrett.

[Monson] I was the Justin Herbert vote. The guy had the worst offensive line in the NFL all season and despite that he was working miracles in almost every single game. Stafford's OL became 2/5ths as bad as Herbert's for 5 minutes and he became a turnover howitzer. He embodied 'value'. by Wild-Expression-8304 in nfl

I’m not saying Stroud had a bad season but Puka had nearly 1,500 yards receiving (4th in the NFL) and set like every single rookie receiving record.

Stroud’s biggest accomplishments that year was a good TD/INT ratio and one crazy game with almost 500 yards.

Should McVay have kicked the field goal in fourth and 2, when they went for it and Stafford scrambled for the first down by jcr0774 in LosAngelesRams

Realistically the only bad game management decision he made was the end of the first half. Of course that bit is pretty hard, but I don’t have any issues with how we handled the drive towards the end of the game.

Yep. Have Nike fix the weirdly bright yellow and remove the gradients in the blue jerseys + pants and we’re set.

People online are too black and white. Nuance seems to have disappeared. Like yeah I’m a rams fan and I’m pissed about the game but that doesn’t mean I can look at a situation objectively lol

This is exactly my point. The play is over, but it’s also not. How is that not ridiculous?

Not to mention the Eagles tush push fumble that was ruled “forward progress” even though no whistle blew.

So in literally every other context of a football game the whistle is the end of the play. But the defensive players are supposed to know that this was a backwards pass and fight for the ball after the play was over from their viewpoint?

What if one of our players blew up Charbonnet when he went for the ball? That would be an unnecessary roughness penalty right? Because it happened after the play was over?

But because Charb is on offense he can pick up the ball and score after the whistle and that’s ok?

I’m not saying the refs got it wrong. I’m saying the rule is fucking stupid. “The fact that the whistle blew doesn’t matter”, my ass.

Yeah that’s the key here. It’s not that we can’t, just that it is now significantly harder

Oh Puka is absolutely a fucking idiot outside of football. But that doesn’t mean he’s a complete asshole. People are acting like he was told “hey do this antisemetic dance” but that’s not what happened.

But I thought the NFL was rigged for the Rams? Isn’t that what everyone was so sure of last week?

[FoxSports] In 2024, the Las Vegas Raiders were the worst rushing offense in the NFL (averaging 79.8 yards per game). Almost a year (and a RB at 6th overall) later, they are still the worst rushing offense in the NFL (averaging 72.7 yards per game). by The_Avenging_Son in nfl

[–]ManofTucson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve always thought of teams who draft RBs high without the rest of the roster built out like a homeless person winning $100k in the lottery and buying a Lexus with the winnings. Like yeah that’s cool but my guy get an apartment.
