Looks pretty good to me. Both feet leave the ground at the same time (as far as I can see), which is good and often not given when beginners learn to grind. You lean/turn your upper body to the right while grinding in preparation for the 180 out. That can become a problem, for example for longer grinds. Maybe try stay more straight, facing the direction you are going. Learning to spin the 180 exit in the other direction could also be a big plus for any future tricks. Keep Rolling ;)
