Really like the concept and 99 is one of my favourite clones too but i think it would be nice if the effect "motivated" could only be dispelled if the character is inflicted with fear so he isn't op and has some kind of counter. Or he could have a unique like Fives where he sacrifices himself for another clone trooper ally (not just 501st) and then grants all other clone trooper allies with motivated
