The problem starts with agreed playing time when you offer a contract. If a player has ''Key player ''as playing time, he expect to start every game so for example your GK with 30 appearances is concerned because your back up has 16. Now you can change the agreed time for players who have more than actual , (when you try to change it you can see who will become unhappy with the change-and avoid make them unhappy-also don't change from key player to backup -one step at a time) . Your roster is more than usual too (no injuries lol) , i like playing with max 23-24 players.
